Sometimes the best part of finishing a book is finding someone who wants to talk about it.
It was May 2024 in Jakarta when Michelle, the founder, was itching to have friends to talk books with, but had none. And hey, why not have these new friends try her latest baking experiments?
Just like that, Book Picnic Club was born. (Or baked.)
Our first ever Picnic!
There's just one rule: everyone can bring any book they want.
Think of it like this: instead of peeling one book like an onion, we cook the onion in different ways. Onion soup, onion rings, and oh gosh.. caramelized onion?
